4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp contact.
Prices may vary depending on the type of service, duration, and location.
Full or part payment may be required to confirm a booking.
Payments must be made via approved payment methods listed on our website.
Receipts are issued for all completed transactions.
Note: Service begins only after payment confirmation.
5. Service Delivery
Quick Service NG ensures that all service providers are verified, skilled, and professional.
Clients are expected to treat service providers with respect and fairness.
Any issues or dissatisfaction must be reported to our support team immediately.
Replacement of a service provider will be done at no extra cost if the issue is reported within the first 48 hours of service.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after review.
Quick Service NG reserves the right to refuse refunds if services have already been rendered or significantly prepared.
7. Service Provider Conduct
All service providers:
Are required to maintain professionalism at all times.
Must not engage in theft, misconduct, or breach of client trust.
May face suspension or removal from our platform for any violation of our code of conduct.
Quick Service NG will cooperate with authorities where necessary to ensure safety and compliance.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to:
Provide accurate job details and safe working environments.
Avoid discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment of service providers.
Notify our office immediately of any issues or disputes.

Any direct or indirect damage, loss, or injury caused during service delivery.
Client negligence, unsafe environments, or misuse of services.
Our role is primarily to connect clients and providers and ensure smooth coordination.
